End-User License Agreement

Installing, saving, or using the Font Software will be deemed as acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Font Software License Agreement. Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the font software has been downloaded, except in the case of a defective file.

I. Acknowledgements & Grant of License

  1. The installers and users of this font software acknowledge that they do not own the font, but rather a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the font software in accordance with the following terms, based on the specific license tier purchased.
  2. Desktop License: If you purchased a Desktop License, the license owners grant you the following non-exclusive, non-transferable rights:
    • To install and use the font on up to the maximum number of computers and at the maximum number of locations specified on your receipt.
    • To keep a copy of the font file on removable media for backup purposes.
    • To use the font as part of a page layout, image, or design for print or static digital display.
    • To temporarily provide a copy of the font to a commercial printer or service bureau exclusively for the purpose of outputting your specific file, provided the printer agrees to destroy the font immediately afterward.
  3. Web License: If you purchased a Web License, the license owners grant you the following non-exclusive, non-transferable rights:
    • To embed the font via @font-face on up to the specified number of domains and up to the maximum number of pageviews per month specified on your receipt.
    • You must use web-optimized font formats (e.g., WOFF, WOFF2) and employ reasonable measures to prevent users from downloading or extracting the raw font files.
  4. App/Distributable License: If you purchased a specific App or Distributable License, you are granted the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to embed the entire font securely into a program, mobile application, or electronic document. The font must be embedded securely to prevent extraction by non-licensed users.

II. Ownership and Restrictions

  1. The font software, and all the outlines and other data contained therein, are the property of the copyright holders listed in those fonts.
  2. The user has not purchased the font, but a license to use the font, in accordance with the license type and metrics they have purchased.
  3. No Distribution of Raw Files: Aside from the commercial printer exception in Section I.2, you may not distribute, share, or transfer the raw font files (e.g., .otf, .ttf, .woff) to any third parties, including clients, freelance contractors, or unlicensed users. If a client needs to install the font to edit a design, they must purchase their own Desktop License.
  4. Any extraction of outlines from the font software for use in any other font software for distribution purposes is strictly prohibited. Any reverse compiling or engineering is not permitted and is considered an infringement of copyright. No digital modification of the file is permitted for any purpose.

III. Limited Liability and Warranty

  1. We have tested this font on multiple systems and multiple platforms, with multiple configurations, and believe this font to be properly created and in proper working order.
  2. If the font is found to have a defect stemming from an error in the construction of the font, and such a defect is reproducible, and the user notifies the creator of the font less than 30 days from the date of purchase, we will correct the defect and provide a replacement.
  3. We do not guarantee the functionality of applications that use the font, or compatibility with any one specific program, browser, or environment.
  4. Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances will our liability to you for any damages, claims, or losses exceed the purchase price you paid for the font license.

IV. Failure to Comply

If you fail to comply with the terms of this license, you must immediately destroy all copies of the font software you have in your possession or have distributed. All rights of the user are forfeit at that time, and no refund will be given.

  1. Any copy of the font that cannot be destroyed in accordance with these terms must be paid for at the full Distributable Font License price current at the time such destruction should have been performed.
  2. If a user must destroy the font as a result of violating this license and wishes to purchase the font again, they must pay the full price for the new license.
